Product manager
A medical industry company is looking for a great, long term Product manager in BI & Reporting department. You’re a great communicator who can interact with a technical client, our development team, and all stakeholders in between. As a product manager you will:
- Lead and manage a product team dedicated to a key stream of the product, which is crucial to the company.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and engineering team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for the product and effectively present proof of concepts to senior management.
- Organize and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure the high-quality delivery of functionality.
- Provide regular updates on requirements and status, and coordinate release dates for completed functionality.
- Test and either accept or reject work results throughout a project.
- Present development team accomplishments to clients and stakeholders.
- Challenge the status quo and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a product/ tech project manager/ Product Owner at a product company.
- Experience developing products that are designed for a technical customer, satisfying business requirements, and have scaled to solve enterprise-level problems.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset, willingness to work with data, knowledge of SQL.
- Experience working with a full remote development team.
- Easily manage multiple projects concurrently.
- You easily communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with BI Reporting products and CRM/ERP platforms is a big plus.
Nice to have:
- Software engineering / Business Analyst experience.
- Basic knowledge of ML and data science.
- LLM application (ChatGPT) in the work environment.
- Knowledge of a programming language.
- Working experience in the medical field.
