An online English school for children with a mission to create the best in the world online education platform, is looking for an exceptional Game producer ideally with a game design background who can take on the challenge of building a game world where kids can learn the new language while playing. 

Working with content team, product managers and art department you will: 

• Create and execute overall game world concept and its long-term evolution strategy; 
• Develop story lines; 
• Design & develop in-game economics; 
• Design & develop learning mini-games.  

  You will leverage your product management knowledge and experience to analyze quantitatively and qualitatively the performance of the game world to drive engagement. 

You will make decisions based on data but you will also apply your artistic talent to make the game enjoyable and exciting. 

You will build and grow your game development team and set up necessary systems and processes to ensure its long-term success.  

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years of experience as a mobile game producer or in a similar role; 
• You came from game design or game development background; 
• Your games have been downloaded 1M+ times; 
• You know how to create games from concept to launch and how to build the team to deliver them; 
• You have fluent English and excellent communication & presentation skills.
